📦 Domestic Shipping Policy

🚚 Order Processing Time

Orders placed on our website are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing or transit may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email or SMS if there are any significant delays.

Orders placed via our Lazada or TikTok stores are typically delivered within 3–8 days, depending on the platform's logistics.

📍 Delivery Options

  1. Pickup (Scheduled)
    Once your order is ready, our team will notify you via email or SMS. You may book your own courier (e.g. Grab, Lalamove) or pick it up personally. We may also assist in booking of courier. Please provide your Order # and full name for fast processing.

  2. Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila only)
    Available upon request via express couriers like Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, or your preferred provider. Additional fees apply.

  3. Standard Delivery via Partner Couriers
    We will send your order via a logistics company of our choice or a courier of your preference, depending on availability in your area. Shipping rates will be based on courier quotations, and we’ll confirm costs before dispatch.

For locations outside the Philippines, kindly contact us for possible international shipping arrangements.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we offer:

  • Product replacement, or

  • Store credit for future purchases

Items returned due to damage caused during delivery by our in-house team or by verified courier issues are covered by Turf Hydroponics.

Please note: Return shipping costs for non-defective or buyer-change-of-mind returns will be shouldered by the customer.

💸 Refunds

We do not offer direct refunds to bank or card accounts. All approved returns are refunded in the form of:

  • Store credit, or

  • Product replacement

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
